LMNS Services Inc. provides commercial cleaning services for office, residential, commercial, medical, and other facilities. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

Payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Accepted methods of payment include Visa Debit, Master Card, Discover, Paper Check, ACH Transfer.
Late payments may incur additional fees or interest as specified in the invoice.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee may apply.

We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 14 days to address any concerns.
Our liability for any issues arising from our services is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Clients must ensure that the areas to be cleaned are accessible and free of any hazards.
LMNS Services Inc. is not responsible for any loss or damage to items not secured or properly disclosed prior to the service.

LMNS Services Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We are not responsible for any pre-existing conditions or damages that are not directly related to the cleaning process.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio.
